LemiLeap was built by Shamila and Beck Nadir, a founding team out of Seattle. Shamila brings the strategy and scientific rigor. Beck brings the engineering and AI systems experience. They built LemiLeap because they couldn't find a marketing platform that actually closed the loop, so they built the one they wanted to use.

Why my background matters

My PhD taught me systems thinking and scientific rigor, essential for understanding AI's true potential. My MBA gave me hands-on experience in machine learning and data science, plus the business lens to turn technical capabilities into revenue. Most importantly, I'm building an AI company right now, facing the same challenges I teach others to solve.

Why I'm building LemiLeap

I've built AI systems at Microsoft and Moz that actually work at scale. Right now, I'm architecting LemiLeap, our marketing platform that's released 2 major versions in less than 7 months. When I teach implementation, it's from 15+ years of shipping AI products plus the current experience of building one from scratch in today's AI landscape.
